Storm Damage Livingroom

This homeowner had some storm damage in their living room which had to have a demo performed, along with extraction, mitigation, and a cut up on her drywall. 

Drywall can absorb liquid much quicker than other materials in the home, making it a great place for microbial growth. This is why we do a drywall cut up at a certain height, in order to prevent any growth from happening in the future. Carpet and padding was also torn up.
