What is Content Cleaning?

The items in your home that need to be cleaned individually are called "Contents" in insurance terms. The insurance will have SERVPRO of Berlin/Williamstown take the items from your home, box them up, and clean them at our facility. When it is clean we will box and store the items until your home is ready for it all to be returned and replaced.

Pack Out and Storage

The insurance company will use the terms "pack out" when talking about getting your soot covered items from you home. Removing the contents from your home will help the technicians with cleaning and rebuilding your home.
